Wayne Monday is a former resident of the Washington D.C. area, Wayne moved here with his family in 1989. Wayne and his wife, Lynn, who owns “Monday’s House of Design”, are the proud parents of three children and three grandchildren. They have enjoyed their quiet setting on Cashiers Lake for more than fifteen years and found Cashiers to be a great community in which to raise a family. Wayne has been a top producer in real estate sales in the Cashiers area since 1998. “I enjoy helping clients make their dreams of a mountain retreat become a reality.” Wayne is a delight to work with and brings abundant energy and enthusiasm to Landmark.
WHY I AM HERE:
My first summer was in 1968 vacationing with my soon to be wife and her family who owned a home on Cashiers Lake. Since 1989 we have been here full time and where we raised 2 of our three children. We have 3 grandchildren who love to come in the winter so they can go skiing and snowboarding.
My wife Lynn is a well know Interior Designer with her own firm, “Mondays House of Design” and she has decorated and designed homes in Cashiers and Highlands, and also throughout the southeast, New York and Canada. She recently published a beautiful lifestyle book “Southern Mountain Living” and has also been featured in numerous lifestyle books and magazines.
