Real Estate – MLS Data for Highlands – Cashiers -Year to Date

By the above chart you can see we are pretty even with sales in 2015, down a  little in home sales, but with a number of homes pending. During the recession, 2010 was our overall worst year in homes and land sales and  since then we have increased every year in total units and dollar volume. Being a second home market we are still behind what are market once was prior to 2008. We are in a Buyers market with healthy inventory in all price ranges.
